Shipping & Payment Info

We ship all around South Africa, except the Western Cape and any provinces that declare it illegal to keep or Tarantulas. Please check with your local authority before placing an order.

We have a fixed rate of R 150.00 for shipping. We take the upmost care to ensure your Beastie will be comfortable and safe while being couriered to you.

If we consider the weather to be dangerous to ship your Beastie ( extreme heat or extreme cold), we will contact you to inform you of delayed shipments and new shipment information.

Please provide a proper physical address like a physical company or home address for all shipments.

Once an order is placed, confirmed and payment has been received, a collection is booked with the courier, who will then supply us with a tracking reference code that will be sent to the you.

We are prepared to replace a Beastie that has died in transit as long as the cause of the death is due to poor packaging or handling by us. But in a case where deliveries do not go as planned due to matters out of our control, i.e., national strikes, political / public unrest, acts of God, severe weather and other causes that are totally out of our control, we can and will not be held liable for any loss whatsoever.

To claim, we requires that the you sends us a dated photo of the unfortunate Beastie/s in the original packaging from us, along with the original courier waybill.
